Envicom Corporation provides a full range of wildlife and vegetation investigations including all forms of biological resource reporting required by Federal, State and local jurisdictions. Our expert professional staff is skilled in the identification and analysis of biology resource compliance requirements under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), National Environmental Quality Act (NEPA), Clean Water Act (CWA), Federal Endangered Species Act (FESA), and California State Endangered Species Act (CESA). In addition, our staff acts as liaison between our clients and the trustee resource agencies, such as the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW), U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACOE), and the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB). • Biological Assessments (BAs) pursuant to USFWS consultation under FESA Section 7 and Section 10

• Wetland Identification, Mapping and Delineation Reports suitable for use in acquisition of Federal and State wetland and waters of the U.S. impact permits

• Tree Reports (including Oak Tree Reports) suitable for reporting to local jurisdictions and tailored to local provisions, which vary among jurisdictions
